1/3 of what you charge the public. (1/3 profit-1/3 overhead-1/3 case
preparation).
We research
and write briefs, organize exhibits, and prepare all the forms, even
the cover letter; simply review and sign. All cases are completed in 15
business days or less; we can rush a case in 24 hours as we operate 24
hours a day. We can handle, inter alia,: EB 1-5 green cards
(including National Interest Waivers); L, E, H, R, P and O visas;
I130s; BIA, AAO, BALCA, Circuit and Supreme Court appeals, as well as
health and criminal immigration waivers. We have a source for your PERM
cases as well should you require help with them.
One of the reasons for our success with cases is that
almost every nonimmigration visa is prepared along with a supporting
legal brief on pleading paper with a table of authorities. The facts of
your case are applied to the law in the area. Your clients are
impressed and it cuts down on RFEs and processing times as all the
answers are there in advance. The second reason is that Steven Riznyk
at one time dealt a lot with high-level negotiations
(kidnapping/extortion/blackmail/career destruction/marital conflicts)
and for some very powerful people. He acquired the best training he
could find on this, including the Harvard/Tufts/MIT summit on
high-level negotiations with some of the top people in the world. Our
point? He sells your case, he doesn't just present it as many people
do. Presuasive writiting is important in today's climate. You can
research the best cases on Westlaw but if the reader is not convinced
of the merits you will never win. This is our edge for both you and
your clients.
If it's a case you haven't handled before, we provide you with intakes in Word format that you can personalize them and forward them to your clients worldwide. When they fill them out and fax or e-mail them to you, simply forward them to us. We pay for Air Express both ways.The case is on your desk in 10-15 business days with sign-here labels, organized exhibits, all the forms, and a Westlaw-researched customized legal brief on pleading paper with a Table of Authorities to cut down on RFEs. P.S. Some immigration lawyers feel that hiring someone to help them diminishes the value to the client. The reverse is true. Six law firms have informed us that our quality exceeded anything that 'ever' left their offices. We feel that if we can't win an immigration case it simply can't be won. You cannot imagine how many times we have picked up on issues that were missed, saving a client's future and a lawyer's malpractice.
Unless your office deals in every area of law, is highly creative and up to date on the changes, anything can go wrong. It is much safer to hire us than to hire (with all due respect) a law student who lacks the experience to understand the subtleties of cases, and have the case speed-read by the lead attorney. The client is getting, in our opinion, the best law available; we work past 5, and 7 days a week so you can rest peacefully, having enjoyed your evening at home (after all, you got home at 5....but we didn't .......so that 'you' could).
All work from you is confidential. We shred all of your materials when we are done, unless you want them back (please send copies only). We do not share your information with anyone. Period. No exceptions.
