Welcome Counselor:
We are easy to work with. If you don't have intakes for a particular case, we will provide them in Word format so you can personalize them. Have your clients fill them out and email/fax them to you; simply forward them to us.
If it is the type of case where exhibits are involved, you can FedEx them to us at our expense (call for our account number) and we will ship them back at our expense. If there are few, it may be faster for you to email/fax them.
Send us a paragraph (at least) about the case and what it is you would like us to do...we will handle it from there.
Ten to 15 business days later, the case will be on your desk with sign-heres, and everything organized. Supporting briefs for NIVs are on pleading paper with a Table of Authoriries.
If you are in a rush, we can create a case in 24 or 48 hours (extra charges apply). We can return it to you via email in PDF format.
